FAQs

  • We clean up all the audio files (background noise, hums and buzzes), then we start going through all the content and edit each segment to sound fluent and easy to follow (remove long silence, mess ups, repeated words). Then, we arrange all the segments in the order you specify (intro/music, sponsors, show, outro…). After all the editing, we then balance the audio levels and quality to an easy listening standard, which we then prepare them for delivery to you depending on your request (mp3, wav, aiff, etc…). We also work with you to find the best way to achieve the highest quality recording you can get based on your set-up, environment and equipment.

  • We primarily use Dropbox for sending and receiving all files! (Don’t recommend email for file sharing)

  • We’re currently in an expected 5-day return (Mon-Fri) due to increased orders.

  • It may be possible orders can happen over the weekend, however, we’re primarily working during work days (Mon-Fri).

  • Multiple-mic audio tracks (mic 1: host, mic 2: guest) count as one audio. Ex: if you had an episode with two (or more) microphone recordings and each were 40 mins long, they are (combined) considered one audio for a total of 40mins and not 80mins which would be over the 1 hour limit.Item description
